The planning and design of dies for testing and serial production is performed using the most modern CAD systems.
Our machinery is extremely versatile and optimally tuned. We have also rationalised every stage of the manufacturing process in order to achieve optimal results at competitive prices. For example, both the outer and inner moulds can be processed in a single operation, or two splines produced simultaneously.

Extremely high strength, reduced roughness and an improvement in material properties in terms of pressure, bending, tension and torsion are further advantages of these processes.

A range of different materials such as steel, stainless steel and other nonferrous metals can be processed.
